Happy Father's Day!
Fathers really do get overlooked... a lot. I am glad there is a special day for them, (even IF Justin's church meetings weren't cancelled like they were on Mother's Day...what's with that?)
My dad is a very hard working, faithful man who loves the Lord, loves his wife, loves his family (6 kids, 5 spouses, 22 grandchildren, and their newest addition, Teddy, my mom's beloved dog who dad tolerates), enjoys his occupation (especially the semi-retirement part!) He is full of experience, support, encouragement, and advice. I am who I am much to his credit. I love him and miss him a lot. Good thing there is email and telephones so I can still call and talk/worry to him. :) Thanks for your example of a father I wanted for my family.
My father-in-law is also an incredible man who balances a busy life of husband, father of 8 (+5 spouses), grandfather of 6 1/2, Stake President, and being one of the few doctors in a small town of 3000 people. Somehow he does all this calmly, in control, and efficiently and still always has/makes time to have fun and play with us all! Thanks for your influence on your amazing son. You've done good.
The father of my children is an equally amazing individual. I really chose right when I married him! Hopefully he feels the same! He has such a busy schedule with school, studying, church callings, and us waiting for him at home. He works hard to balance his life too so that nothing is neglected. He has done an amazing job doing all of his stuff, and then helping me with the kids at home. When he is home, he is HOME. And I love that. I hope I don't take advantage of his willing attitude. I hope I don't. He just does things with a BIG smile. I love it. Honey, you are an AMAZING father. Thanks for being so willing and so involved. WE LOVE YOU!

Delicious breakfast of eggs, strawberries, bananas, sausages, and cranberry muffins. Zach also drew him a nice picture and then scribbled all over it. But if you look closely at the top you can see that he wrote "DAD".

So I started this new work out video, needed hand weights, didn't have them, so I used cans. Yes...cans. Beans are the heaviest...most dense...by the way. I was working out and the kids wanted to also, so I gave them tomato paste cans and tomato soup cans. They got tired, so they used them as blocks instead!

I was shortening a pair of shrunken high-water workout pants into capris. The pieces I had left looked like 2 little pencil skirts...and I have 2 little girls...soooooo, I tried them on them! It was so cute to see tiny legs running around in them. Especially Kara's.

Aw! Kara is such a sweetheart. She shares all the time. I love to see them interact with each other.

Doesn't she look so guilty?! Caught ya! It was hard to not laugh while I repremanded her! So I ran for the camera and laughed then.

Moving on to dessert we have "cheese popsicles" as Zach calls them. They kind of do look like marble cheese, eh? Well, they aren't really cheese, but they are vanilla yogurt and orange pop frozen together. Pretty delicious!
Zach enjoying his peach yogurt popsicle. They are yummy and take a long time to eat so I can clean up dinner while they enjoy a popsicle. A treat for me as much as it is for them!
And who doesn't eat their cucumbers like this? He's looking at me like "What mom, this is totally normal!"
Like I said, anything left on the plate gets licked off. :) And this picture also shows that if we put a semi-translucent plate in front of Kate's face and make her blow on it she kind looks like Kara! I think so at least.

I don't think Kate really enjoyed this, but she has the most delicious cheeks. I love them!!
Zach will finally take a soother! Just kidding. A lady at church gave the girls a candy soother and Zach took to it like a charm. Imagine that. :) Why didn't I think of that when he was a baby. Anyway, he had fun pretending to be a baby that day. I threw it out the next...whoops. :)
